- **Slack**: The connection Ergoly uses to create Slack apps in your workspace. It shows **Configured** or **Not yet set up**, the linked workspace's name, and a **Refresh token** field with **Save**, **Rotate**, and **Test connection**. You set this during setup; come back here only to rotate the token.
- **Members**: Who can sign in to control and their role. See [Access](https://www.ergoly.ai/docs/company/access).
- **API keys**: Keys that reach everything your company owns. Admins only. See [Access](https://www.ergoly.ai/docs/company/access).
- **Avatars**: Pick a style for your workers' avatars from a gallery and press **Save avatar style**. It applies to every worker at once; photos you uploaded yourself are kept.
- **Email**: Your workers' sending domain: its status, the sending address shape (worker@yourdomain), the DNS records Ergoly publishes for it, and **Re-check now**. The domain is claimed when your first worker is built; you do not set anything up. See [Email](https://www.ergoly.ai/docs/workers/channels/email).
- **Tasks**: The **Archive period**: a task with no activity for this long is closed as archived, with a line on its log saying so. **After N days with no activity**, or **Never**. The default is 30 days.
