# Getting access

> Onboarding with the Ergoly team: an invitation to control and a shared channel in Slack.

When Ergoly takes your agency on, someone on the team creates your company and sends two invitations.

## The invitation to control

You get an email inviting you to control, the web app at control.ergoly.ai. Accept it and sign up. You are the company's first **admin**, which means you can invite other people, create API keys, and set up the AI Admin. The people you invite are **members**: they can use everything in control except those three things.

## The shared Slack channel

You also get a Slack Connect invitation to a private channel shared between your workspace and Ergoly's. It is where you ask the Ergoly team for help. Ergoly's own support worker, Wicket, is in that channel too, and answers there.

## What happens next

The first time you open control, it takes you straight to setup, because your company has no workers yet. That is the [AI Admin](https://www.ergoly.ai/docs/getting-started/ai-admin) step.
