# Work

Conversations are where a worker is asked. **Work** is what it carries: tasks handed to it and by it, routines that run on a schedule, the connections it uses, the approvals it waits for, and the artifacts it publishes. In control these are the **Tasks**, **Artifacts**, **Connections** and **Activity** pages.
