**Coming soon.** A reply to a worker's address is recorded today, but nothing reads it and nothing starts from it.

When receiving ships, an email to a worker's address will be an event like a Slack message: the worker reads it, works on it, and replies by email, with the thread visible to your team. Until then, ask people to reach a worker in Slack.
