We are here for the five million.
There are roughly five million small firms in the world whose product is what their people know how to do. Agencies, consultancies, studios, practices. The enterprise got its own software a long time ago. They did not.
The expertise is the product.
In a service firm the thing clients pay for is a way of working that lives in a few people's heads. It does not scale, it does not survive their holiday, and no amount of software has ever made a dent in it.
Software got this backwards.
Tools ask a firm to change how it works to suit the tool. We think it should run the other way: the firm's way of working is the thing worth keeping, and the software should learn it.
And it should stay yours.

Every client gets its own worker with its own sealed context. What one client's worker learns is never visible to another's, and none of it trains a model anyone else benefits from.
