Ergoly is a startup at the very beginning of itself, building something that does not exist anywhere else yet. This is the earliest it will ever be — and the point where the people who join still get to decide what it becomes.
Who we are
A small team building the AI workers agencies actually own.
Ergoly gives agencies and consultants AI workers that live in their own tools, learn the craft by watching them work, and get deployed into client businesses under the agency's own name. The product is live, and agencies are running real client work through it today.
The team is small, which is most of what there is to know about working here. Nothing is someone else's department, there is no layer between building something and shipping it, and what you build reaches real agencies and their clients within days.
How we hire
One month, paid, on the real system.
Interviews measure how well someone interviews. A month of shipping together measures the thing we actually care about. So we start there, and we pay for it.
Apply
Two questions, on the role page. No cover letter, no six rounds, no screener in between. We read every one ourselves.
Work trial — one month
Paid and full-time. Part of the team from day one — every system, every conversation, real work delivered. The job itself, not a simulation of it.
Full-time
Competitive comp and pre-seed equity, decided on a month of working together rather than an afternoon of interviewing.

ssh apply@join.ergoly.aiThe same application, not a different track. It asks the same two questions as the form, arrives in the same place, and is read by the same two people. Choosing it counts neither for you nor against you.
The first connection asks you to confirm the host key. It should read SHA256:H4Vmr0lXy6L9hAQdfN4Mu36nMbUiMmPl2mHYyNK46OE. It needs a terminal at least 80 by 24. Nothing is sent until you submit, and a draft is lost if you disconnect.
