Product · Claude Code

Build AI teammates from Claude Code. Skills are files.

An AI teammate's skills are plain Markdown files. Write them in Claude Code, Cursor, or any editor, push them through the API, and the AI teammate has them on its next turn.

How it works

Your editor, their skills.

Three steps from a prompt to an AI teammate that knows the job.

01

Point Claude Code at the docs

The API reference is markdown. Paste the URL and your key, and Claude Code can create AI teammates, clients, and routines for you.

02

Write a skill

A SKILL.md with a description and the steps. The same open format coding agents already use for their own skills.

03

Push it to the right shelf

Firm-wide, one AI teammate, or one client. The AI teammate picks it up on its next turn, without a redeploy.

Start from a prompt

Paste this into Claude Code.

It reads the API, then sets up your first AI teammate with you.

prompt.txt

Read https://control.ergoly.ai/api/v1 with my Ergoly key. Then create an AI teammate called Nora for my agency, add the client Acme, map #client-acme to it, and schedule a Monday 8am status recap in that channel. Walk me through anything you need from me.

  1. 01Paste it into Claude CodeOr Cursor, or any coding agent that can read a URL and call an API.
  2. 02It sets up the environmentAI teammate, client, channel, routine. Each call is logged in your activity feed.
  3. 03Then write the first skillAsk it to draft a SKILL.md for your weekly recap and push it to Nora's shelf.
Examples

Start from a prompt.

Paste it into Claude Code. It does the rest.

# Weekly status recap

1. Read the client's room: last week's threads, open tasks, dated items.
2. One page. Decisions first. No percentage without a date next to it.
3. Anything past its date gets its own line at the top.
4. Post in the client channel. Put the full notes in the thread.
Under the hood

What happens underneath.

Three things you can watch, because they are not a model's guess.

A skill is a file.

A name, a line on when it applies, and the steps. The same open format coding agents already use.

The one idea

The panel comes off.

Write skills in your editor. Ship them to an AI teammate.

The panel comes off.

A machine with its side panel removed, a playbook tile half inserted in the open bay, a small terminal block beside it.
FAQ

Questions people ask.

What is a skill?

A Markdown file: a name, a line on when it applies, and the steps. An AI teammate loads the skills that match the job in front of it.

Which editor do I need?

Any. Claude Code and Cursor are the ones we use, because they can read the API docs and make the calls themselves.

Does a skill go to every client?

You choose the shelf: firm, AI teammate, or one client. A client-shelf skill never leaves that client's room.

Can a skill use a tool?

Yes. It names the integration, and the key vault supplies the credential at run time. No secret ever sits in the file.

Are skills versioned?

They live in git, per shelf. Every change has a diff and an author.

Can Claude Code manage my AI teammates too?

Yes, through the API. The reference is written for an agent to read, so it can create, change, and check anything an operator can.
