Use cases · Financial advisors & fractional CFOs

Every client gets the prep, the pack, and the follow-up.

An AI teammate per client prepares each meeting, builds the monthly pack from the books, and drafts the follow-ups. Every number is sourced, and a person signs off on everything a client sees.

A machine on a plinth between a stack of coins and a ledger tile on an easel, a stamp about to land.

Only an example

No two financial advisors & fractional CFOs run the same way. What follows is one example of the shape, not a template. What you build for your clients, in your market, with your own method, is something only you can build, and it is yours.

The work, in one example

What the AI teammate takes on.

The rhythm of an advisory relationship.

01

Meeting prep

Before every client call: what changed since last time, open actions, the questions you will be asked, with sources.

02

Monthly pack

From QuickBooks, Stripe and the client's sheets: the numbers, the variances, the commentary in your format. Published for your review first.

03

Follow-ups and chasing

The recap after the call, the documents the client owes you, the invoices that are overdue. Drafted, then sent when you say.

In the client's channel

A week, in three moments.

Fictional clients, one way of doing it. Your own version will look different, because it is yours.

Frida, prep me for Alder's monthly at 3.

Three things. Cash is up on the plan because the two big invoices landed early. Payroll is 8% over budget after the July hires, which Raj will ask about. And the R&D credit paperwork is still with their accountant. Sources linked in the thread.

Integrations

Works inside your everyday tools.

Connect the firm's accounts once, or a client's accounts to that client's room only.

All integrations
Why it works

Why an advisory firm runs on this.

Every number has a source

The AI teammate reads the books and the sheets directly and links what it cites. Nothing is typed from memory.

A person signs off

Client-facing packs and advice wait for your approval. The AI teammate prepares; you advise.

One room per client

A client's books, documents and history exist only in that client's sealed room. Confidentiality by construction.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Does it give financial advice?

No. It prepares, drafts and reports. Advice is yours, and anything that reads as advice waits for your sign-off before a client sees it.

Which systems does it read?

QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Sheets and your document folders through their integrations, each connected to one client's room.

How does it keep clients separate?

Each client has a sealed room with its own memory and its own connections. Nothing from one room can be read from another.

Can it follow our pack format?

Yes. Teach it your format once and correct the first pack. Every pack after that follows it.

Does client data train anything?

No. What the AI teammate learns stays with your firm, in that client's room. It trains no shared model.

What about signatures and engagement letters?

It prepares the document and sends it for signature through DocuSign when you approve, and tracks who has signed.
