Do I install one app per AI teammate?
Each AI teammate is its own app with its own name and picture, so it can be invited, mentioned, and removed like a person. Ergoly installs it for you.
Which channels can it read?
Only the ones you invite it into. Normal chatter in a channel it is not in never reaches it.
Does it work in the channel we share with a client?
Yes. The shared channel is where it works, and it answers there as your firm. Your own team channels stay internal rooms.
Can clients message it directly?
Yes, in the shared channel or by DM. A DM is answered as that client, never as anyone else.
Does it reply to every message?
You set that per client: only when mentioned, or everything. It can also just listen, so it learns the room without posting.
Does it also do email?
An AI teammate can have an address on your domain, so a recap or a proposal goes by email when that is where the client lives.
