Use cases · Recruiting & staffing firms

Every search gets a coordinator who never drops a candidate.

An AI teammate per client keeps the shortlist current, schedules the interviews, and posts the weekly search update in the client's channel. You keep the relationships.

Only an example

No two recruiting & staffing firms run the same way. What follows is one example of the shape, not a template. What you build for your clients, in your market, with your own method, is something only you can build, and it is yours.

The work, in one example

What the AI teammate takes on.

The search, kept moving.

01

Screening summaries

Every application sorted against the brief, with a reason on each, in your format. The shortlist for the client is drafted, not sent.

02

Interview scheduling

Candidate and client calendars, the invite, the reminder, the reschedule. Nobody is emailed twice.

03

Weekly search update

In the client channel every Friday: pipeline by stage, who moved, what needs the client's decision.

In the client's channel

A week, in three moments.

Fictional clients, one way of doing it. Your own version will look different, because it is yours.

Where are we on the Head of Ops search?

NoraAPP09:15

Eleven in process. Four strong, summarised against your brief in the thread, each with the reason we like them and the risk. Two are ready for a first interview when you are.

Integrations

Works inside your everyday tools.

Connect the firm's accounts once, or a client's accounts to that client's room only.

All integrations
Why it works

Why a recruiting firm runs on this.

Your screening standard, applied

The AI teammate screens the way your best recruiter does, because that is who taught it. Correct it once, and it holds.

One room per client search

A candidate presented to one client is never visible in another client's room. Confidentiality is structural.

No candidate goes quiet

Everyone in process gets a real update every week, and the client gets one too.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Does it talk to candidates?

It drafts the candidate emails and, once you trust it on a job, sends the routine ones: confirmations, reminders, status updates. Anything sensitive waits for a person.

Which ATS does it work with?

Greenhouse through its integration, plus any tracker with an API or a sheet. LinkedIn for sourcing notes and profiles.

How does it keep client searches confidential?

Each client has a sealed room. Candidates, notes and the client's own calendar and ATS connection exist only there.

Can it source?

It drafts search strings and outreach notes from the brief and your examples, and keeps the long list current. Outreach goes out under your name once you approve.

Will it follow our screening rubric?

Yes. Teach it the rubric once, correct the first few summaries, and every screen after that follows it.

What about the client's calendar?

Connect the client's calendar to their room and the AI teammate books against real availability. Nothing is booked over a hold.
