Use cases · SEO & AEO agencies

Rankings, AI citations and drafts, per client, every week.

An AI teammate per client watches search and answer engines, drafts the content that closes the gaps, and reports movement in the client's channel. You decide what ships.

A machine on the fourth of five steps, a flag on the top step, a large speech bubble facing it.

Only an example

No two SEO & AEO agencies run the same way. What follows is one example of the shape, not a template. What you build for your clients, in your market, with your own method, is something only you can build, and it is yours.

The work, in one example

What the AI teammate takes on.

The search motion, run in the client's room.

01

Weekly movement report

Rankings from Search Console, keyword gaps from Semrush, whether ChatGPT and Perplexity cite the client for their target questions.

02

Briefs and drafts

A brief for every opportunity, a draft in the client's voice, staged in Webflow or WordPress. Nothing published without you.

03

Technical checks

Broken pages, missing schema, slipped titles. Found on schedule and filed as tasks with the fix attached.

In the client's channel

A week, in three moments.

Fictional clients, one way of doing it. Your own version will look different, because it is yours.

Harbor & Co this week: two pages moved to page one, and you're now cited in AI answers for three of the ten target questions. One page slipped after a competitor took the snippet. A fix is drafted.

  • · Page 1: +2 (14 total)
  • · AI citations: 3 of 10 targets

Why it works

Why a search agency runs on this.

It does the work, not just the audit

A keyword tool hands you a list. The AI teammate briefs, drafts, stages, and reports, in your method.

Both engines, one motion

Google rankings and AI citations tracked side by side, per client, on a schedule.

Twenty clients, one way of working

The method lives in the AI teammate's skills, not in one senior head. Every account gets the same standard.

In their words
“I used to handle six clients. Now twenty are easy.”

FAQ

Questions people ask.

How does it check AI citations?

It asks the answer engines the client's target questions on a schedule and records whether, and where, the client is cited. Alongside the Google rankings from Search Console.

Does it publish to the client's site?

It stages drafts in Webflow or WordPress through their integrations. Publishing is a person's click, until you decide otherwise.

Will drafts sound like the client?

It writes from the client's existing content and the corrections you make. Every correction becomes a rule for that client.

Can it use our own keyword data?

Yes. Connect Semrush or your rank tracker to the client's room and it reads from there.

Does one client's content ever inform another's?

No. Lessons about how you write a brief travel up to the firm. A client's keywords, pages and drafts stay in that client's room.

What does the client see?

A weekly report in their channel, drafts to approve, and a named member of your team answering their questions.
