Use cases · Consultancies & advisory firms

Every engagement gets an associate who was in every meeting.

An AI teammate per client prepares each session, turns the call into a recap with owners, and drafts the deliverables in your format. The partner keeps the judgment.

A meeting table under an opaque dome, a document tile on an easel, a machine at the table's end, two blocks outside the rim.

Only an example

No two consultancies & advisory firms run the same way. What follows is one example of the shape, not a template. What you build for your clients, in your market, with your own method, is something only you can build, and it is yours.

The work, in one example

What the AI teammate takes on.

The associate's week, on a schedule.

01

Session prep

Before every client meeting: what was decided last time, open actions and who owes them, the questions you will get. With sources.

02

Recaps with owners

From the call transcript to a recap in the client channel within the hour: decisions, actions, owners, dates. Reviewed by you first, until it doesn't need to be.

03

Deliverable drafts

The steering update, the workshop summary, the options paper. In your format, published with a link for your edit.

In the client's channel

A week, in three moments.

Fictional clients, one way of doing it. Your own version will look different, because it is yours.

Recap of today's steering session: three decisions, five actions, owners and dates in the thread. The pricing decision is deferred to the 14th, as Jo asked.

Steering · Sep 30

  • · Decided: scope of phase 2, vendor shortlist, comms plan
  • · Actions: 5 (2 with Meridian, 3 with us)
  • · Deferred: pricing, to Oct 14
Jo · Meridian09:15

Accurate, thank you. One correction: the vendor decision is provisional.

NoraAPP09:18

Updated, and noted for Meridian: vendor decisions are provisional until procurement signs.

Integrations

Works inside your everyday tools.

Connect the firm's accounts once, or a client's accounts to that client's room only.

Why it works

Why a consultancy runs on this.

It was in every meeting

Transcripts, documents and the channel history, per client. The recap is right because it read everything.

Your format, every time

Teach it the steering update once. Every update after that follows it, for every client.

One room per engagement

A client's transcripts, documents and decisions exist only in their room. Confidentiality is structural, not a policy.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Where do the transcripts come from?

From the meeting tool connected to that client's room, such as Fireflies, or from notes you paste in the thread.

Does the client see the recap before I do?

Not until you say so. Recaps go to the backstage channel for your review first. When you trust it on a client, let it post directly.

Can it write the deliverable?

It drafts it in your format, with the analysis structured and the recommendation left to you. Published with a link so you edit, not retype.

How does it keep engagements confidential?

Each client has a sealed room with its own memory and its own tool connections. What it learns about one client never appears in another's work.

Does it work with our project plan?

Yes. Connect Asana, Notion or your plan of record to the client's room and it keeps actions and dates current there.

What about our IP?

Your methods live in your AI teammates, under your name. They train no shared model and they leave with you.
