Every client gets the account lead you never had time to be.

An AI teammate per client, in that client's channel: it reports the numbers, drafts in their voice, and keeps the plan current. You keep the strategy.

A machine fanning small coloured cards into five trays, a gauge dial on its side.

Only an example

No two marketing agencies run the same way. What follows is one example of the shape, not a template. What you build for your clients, in your market, with your own method, is something only you can build, and it is yours.

The work, in one example

What the AI teammate takes on.

The client-facing chores that eat the week.

01

Weekly performance report

Every Monday, in each client channel: spend, results, what changed, what is next. From that client's ad accounts and analytics only.

02

Content in the client's voice

Newsletter drafts, social posts, landing page copy, from the client's own brand guide and the examples you corrected.

03

Campaign hygiene

Paused ad sets flagged, UTMs checked, the content calendar kept current, the client told before they ask.

In the client's channel

A week, in three moments.

Fictional clients, one way of doing it. Your own version will look different, because it is yours.

Why it works

Why an agency runs on this.

Your playbook, not a template

The AI teammate learns how your agency reports, writes, and reviews. Your clients get your method, at every account.

One room per client

Northwind's numbers never appear in another client's report. Their ad accounts are connected to their room only.

More accounts, same team

The account lead stays on strategy. The reporting, the drafts and the hygiene run on schedule.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Does the client know it is an AI teammate?

It appears as a named member of your team, and what you tell clients is your call. Most firms introduce it as the account's assistant and keep a person on every strategic thread.

Which ad platforms does it read?

Google Ads and Google Analytics through their integrations, plus anything with an API. Meta and others through the connections you place in that client's room.

Will the copy sound like the client?

It writes from the client's brand guide and the examples you correct. Every correction becomes a rule for that client.

Can it post directly?

Only when you have decided a job no longer needs sign-off. Until then, drafts wait in the backstage channel for a person.

How long until the first report?

The first week. Connect the client's accounts to their room, set the routine in plain words, review the first run backstage.

What if a client leaves?

Their room goes with them. Nothing from it lives anywhere else.
