The platform is the foundation everything at Ergoly runs on — the services, components, and connections the whole product is built from. You own it, and you build the factory that keeps making it better.
Who we are
Ergoly gives agencies and consultants AI workers that live in their own tools, learn the craft by watching them work, and get deployed into client businesses under the agency's own name. The product is live, and agencies are running real client work through it today.
The team is small, and this is the ground floor of it. Nothing is someone else's department, there is no layer between building something and shipping it, and what you build reaches real agencies and their clients within days.
The role
Two workstreams, running in parallel from the start.
The platform
The services, components, and connections that power how Ergoly works. Right now it is under-engineered and over-relied upon. You will stabilize what is there and ship what needs to exist — the building blocks that let the rest of the team build fast without breaking things for customers.
The factory
The system by which engineers improve the system. Not just fixing things — building the mechanism through which platform improvements ship, so that everyone who touches the platform makes it better on the way past. It is built from day one; by the end of month 1 the factory exists. By the end of month 2, it is how everything lands.
The actual problem
You are not just building a platform. You are building the system that builds the platform.

For the right person, that is the most interesting part of the job.

- Reliability targets set for the platform, and being met

- An engineer outside the platform domain ships a platform change through the factory, unassisted
The interface
The interface between the platform and the worker architecture is defined and committed.
