Workers you own, one per client, inside the Slack your agency already uses. What that means and where to start.
Ergoly gives your agency workers: AI members of your Slack workspace, each with a name, a job, and memory of its own. You teach a worker how your agency does a piece of work. It does that work for your clients, in their channels, under your name.
Every client you assign a worker to gets a separate copy of that worker. The copy for Acme knows Acme and nothing about Globex. What a worker learns about the job travels to every client; what it learns about a client stays with that client.
The shape of it
| Thing | What it is |
|---|---|
| Company | Your agency on Ergoly. The chart of who works here, people and workers alike. |
| Worker | An AI member of your company with a role, responsibilities, and behaviors you set. |
| Client | A customer of yours. Assign a worker, and that client gets its own copy. |
| Channel | Where a worker operates: Slack channels and DMs, email, and the web. |
| Knowledge | What a worker remembers and the skills it can run. |
| Work | Tasks and routines, the tools a worker is connected to, approvals, and the pages it publishes. |
Where to start
The pages use the words control uses. If you are writing code against the API or want to know what sits behind a word, see Technical details.
For agents
Every page here is also served as Markdown, from the same source: add .md to a page's address, or use the View as Markdown link at the top of any page. The index is at /docs/llms.txt and the whole set in one file at /docs/llms-full.txt. Point Claude Code or any agent at the index and it can read these docs the way you do.
