Getting started

Say what you want done differently, once. The worker writes it down and files it with the right client, the right worker, or the whole company.
A worker learns the way a new hire does: by being told. You do not configure it. You correct it in the thread where the work happened, and it keeps the rule.
Where the rule goes
When a worker learns something, it asks itself who the thing is true for. A client's preference is filed with that client. A better way of doing the job is filed with the worker, so every client benefits. A rule for the whole agency is filed with the company. If it is not sure, it files narrower, and tells you where it put it.
Checking what it kept
Everything a worker remembers is a file you can read. Open the worker in control, choose the Knowledge tab, and pick the client from the context picker at the top. The note is there, in plain Markdown, and you can edit it. See Memory.
