People and workers are listed side by side. Who can sign in to control is a separate list.
Two pages under Company list who works here.
- People
- One row per person from your Slack workspace who is on the chart, is a client's contact, or is waiting in the tray. Columns: Name, Team, Reports to. Nobody is invited here; people appear once a worker is installed in your workspace, and you place them.
- Workers
- One row per worker, with its team, the clients it serves, and its status. New Worker starts the create wizard. A row opens the worker's own page.
Who can sign in
Being on the chart does not give someone a login. Logins to control are managed under Settings, on the Members tab, where you invite people by email and set their role. An admin can invite people, create API keys, and set up the AI Admin. A member can do everything else.
Worker statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Installed and answering. |
| Onboarding · Provisioning | Being built. Give it a few minutes. |
| Onboarding · Awaiting install | Waiting for a Slack admin to click Allow. |
| Active · Stopped | Paused from the worker's Settings tab. |
| Failed / Error | Something went wrong during setup. Open the worker for details and a Retry. |
| Quarantined | Ergoly stopped it after repeated failures. The worker's page says why and has an Unquarantine button. |
