Workers
View as MarkdownIdentity
A name, an avatar, a Slack app, and an email address. Change any of them from the worker's Settings tab.
- Name
- What people call it, in Slack and in control. On the Settings tab, under Identity, with Role title beside it. Press Save; the change reaches the worker on its next turn.
- Avatar
- Click the photo in the page header (Change photo). PNG, JPEG or WebP under 2 MB. The style of generated avatars is set for the whole company under Settings → Avatars.
- Slack app
- Each worker is its own Slack app and bot. Under Connection & runtime, Set icon in Slack pushes the avatar to the app so it matches in both places. The card also shows the Slack app ID, read-only.
- Email address
- Every worker has one, shown under Identity as a copy chip once it exists. It looks like
nora@youragency.ergoly-mail.com; a client's copy has its own, with the client's name in it. See Email.
