Ergoly Docs · Workers

Email

Every worker has an email address and can send from it. Receiving is coming soon.

Each worker has an email address under a sending domain Ergoly sets up for your company when your first worker is built. It looks like nora@youragency.ergoly-mail.com. A client's copy has its own, with the client's name in it, so mail about Acme comes from Acme's copy. Mail goes out under the worker's name.

Sending

Ask the worker to email someone and it does, with to, cc and bcc, attachments up to about 3 MB, and replies into an existing thread. It sends at most five emails a minute and to at most a hundred recipients at once. Every email it sent is listed on the worker's Settings tab under Email, with when, from, subject and status.

Switching it off

The same card has a kill switch: Switch email off stops the worker sending anything until you switch it back on.

The domain

Under Settings → Email for the company you can see the domain's status, the records Ergoly published for it, and Re-check now. You do not set anything up yourself.
